Registration and Check-In:  7:00 am
Shotgun Start:  8:00 am

Cost: $144 Entry Fee per Golfer

Includes: green fees, golf cart, practice balls, buffet lunch, drink ticket, prizes, networking, and a fun day golfing at a great facility!

A portion of proceeds goes to Jewish Family Service

Sponsorships available
$750 - Silver - player benefits for one foursome; sponsor sign on one tee box; listing on the tournament rules sheet.
$1,000 - Gold - same benefits as Silver sponsor, plus prominent display on tournament day publicity.
$1,500 - Platinum - player benefits for two foursomes; sponsor sign on two tee boxes; prominent display on tournament day publicity.
